are 4 generations of fruit growers. Ray and Emma began with cherries and apples in 1929. Jim began growing strawberries in 1961 and hasn’t stopped since! He and his wife Crystal are now the largest producers of sweet cherries in Door County.

Daniel and Amy have a newly established planting and hope to one day have a much larger operation. While Susan has chosen a career outside of growing, she helps with production any chance she gets. The newest member of the family, Rodger, hasn’t gotten the hang of picking yet but he sure likes to eat apple sauce!
