While we are not certified organic, we are in the process of becoming so. The process is time consuming and fairly expensive. We, and the vegetable growers, use a method called IPM (Integrated Pest Management). IPM focuses on the least toxic and least invasive method of treating and preventing crop damage.

Because our focus is fruit we are contracting with other local growers to provide vegetables for the CSA.
